Description:    I have 7 of these cool little pin backs.  My grandfather was a manager for JC Penny's when he was a young man and he held on to these.  They were from a back to school promotion.  They have a picture of Popeye and read Back to School Days with Popeye.  They also say Penny's and it's dated 1935.  These are cute for any dolly or bear to wear to school.
