Description:    This is the prototype Chatty Cathy in her original red sun suit.  She has her string, but unfortunately she no longer speaks.  The string retracts too quickly.  The back of her vinyl head has flattened some.  I suspect that she was stored laying down and perhaps had something on top of her.  I've tried and can't seem to get her head rounded again, but perhaps there is a trick that I'm not aware of.  Her sun suit has dyed her legs red a bit.  I didn't try to clean this for fear of making it worse.  Other that that she's in good shape except for her messy hair.
