Description:    This little elf has a celluloid face and a paper mache body.  His feet are spun cotton.  He holds a package wrapped in silver metallic paper.  His arms are wired chenille and his paper hat is flocked.  His little hat is torn at the top where the chenille hanger sticks out.  He sits on a cardboard base that's stamped Japan on the bottom.
