Description:    Here's a die cut Victorian Halloween tag.  This is perfect for a hanging ornament at your dolly's Halloween party.  There is no image on the back side and it's scratched in the center where it looks like a sticker has been removed.  There is pencil writing on the back that looks like 1928, but I can't be sure.  It has the string it came with which I believe to be original.  The tip of the stem has been bent.
