Description:   This was really difficult to photograph.  I lightened the pictures to show the detail.  It's a navy velvet short jacket.  Looks to me like it would fit a baby doll type body nicely.  The little sailor type collar is really cute.   It's definitely handmade and I think likely by a child because the stitching is a quite uneven.   The buttons are plastic and it uses little snaps to actually close.  

Measurements:    5.5" long and 7" across right under the arms
