Description:    This little armoire is a great size and has plenty of detail.  I've seen other pieces of doll furniture with the little red panels so I believe these are original.  The biggest negative with this little piece is a dark knot hole at the bottom of the left side door.  It's obviously original, but unattractive none the less.  I would likely display this little piece with the doors open and lots of lacy doll linens inside.  Old handkerchiefs with fancy lace work wonderfully for this type display.  They can be tied with silk ribbons in to bundles.  The piece is very solid, but there is evidence on the back of a previous repair that was done rather messily with some type of silicone calk.  It shows along the seam on one side.  There is a grove along the top back that may have originally held a pediment.
