Description:    This is really a salt shaker and has a hole in the bottom as can be seen in the picture.  I bought a couple of these little odd shakers together because the decoration looked like miniature Victorian hat pin holders to me.  The holes in the top are nice and big which makes them perfect to hold the little pins.  There are a few tiny scuffs to the hand painted decoration, but no chips or cracks.
