Description:    These tiny sized celluloid fans certainly don't seem to last long.  This one is perfect for an 8" to 12" doll.  It's a wonderful emerald green color with a pale yellow ribbon.  This would work well for a St. Patrick's day vignette too.  I don't find any chips or cracks to the celluloid.  It's stamped Germany.

Measurements:    2.75" closed to the tip of the ring, 4" open
