Description:    This is a wonderful little parasol for mademoiselle.  It's in awesome condition.  It retains the original button and strap to hold is closed, the mechanism works flawlessly, and I couldn't find so much as a pin hole in the fabric.  I do suspect that there were originally 2 little balls on the tassel that's tied around the handle and now there is only one.  There are also a couple of little scrapes to the lacquered finish on the finial at the top.  The bakelite handle has a very pretty carved design that I've shown in a close-up below.

Measurements:    10.75" long and 8.5" across when open
