Description:    This is an adorable teeny tiny little celluloid fan.  The little flowers are hand painted.  The ribbon looks a bit frayed, but it holds the blades solidly in place an isn't actually broken any place.  The little ring is solid, but there is a rough area along the top edge of the blade on the far right that may be a tiny chip.  It really is hardly noticeable.

Measurements:    Blades are 1 3/8" without the ring, it opens to 3 3/8" wide.
