Description:    This is a very rare item.  It's a tiny little ivory darning mushroom.  It's small enough to be doll house sized.  It would look wonderful in a doll's little sewing basket.  The cap screws off just like the full sized darning mushrooms, but the handle isn't hollow for storing pins.
