Description:    This lovely little trunk should delight any French Fashion who needs a place to store all her pretties.  The lovely interior would make it fun to display open inside your case.  The silver paper isn't nearly as reflective as it looks in the pictures.  It's more of a mat finish.  The leather handles are missing on both sides of the trunk, but those can be easily replaced if you are handy.  Brettuns Village Trunk Shop is one online dealer who sells them.   The trunk has already had some work done.  It's been stained and varnished on the outside.  I personally think this gives it a nice aged look.  It helps to disguiese the areas where the paper has peeled up.  You can see it best in the pictures of the trunk's back.  There are 4 tiny castors on the bottom of the trunk that I neglected to photograph.  I believe the hardware is all original, but I don't have the key.
