Description:    This little cart is definitely a reproduction, but it has a nice weathered look that makes it perfect for dolly's 4th of July display.  It would of course be equally cute for your vintage Teddy.   The wicker is splitting and starting to peel in a few places, but there aren't any glaring damages.   The wheels are a tad bit off balance and don't all want to roll at once.  I'm including the two vintage napkins because they make a nice cover for the bottom of the basket.  

Measurements:    Basket is 7.5" x 5" x 4" high, 13" to the end of the handle
