Description:    This cute little Uncle Sam is perfect for dolly's 4th of July party.  He's made of paper mache and pipe cleaners.  His clothes are colored paper with applied metallic stars.  I'm not sure if his little hat is celluloid or early plastic.  The tag on his hang string reads Japan.  I don't see any damage.
