Description:    This is an odd little item.  It's made by the Bond Electric Corporation so I'm sure it's not a candy container.  There are no internal mechanisms so I guess it must have held a candle, but there are no air holes.  It might have been a salesman sample that doesn't have all the parts of a full size unit.  However it was designed to work it's an adorable little prop for dolly to hold.  The molded glass is definitely antique.  It's full of little bubbles.  I believe the metal is tin.  It's shown beside Emily and she's 14" tall.  It would look better with a larger doll.

Measurements:    4.5" tall without the handle, 2.25" across base
