Description:    This trunk is a wonderful accessory for a French fashion, but I'm sure any other dolly would enjoy it too.  It's covered in a leatherette with metal banding.  It actually has a metal hinge instead of the paper hinge that so many of these little trunks have.  The hinge may have been sprung at some point because one side of the trunk doesn't quite close all the way.  I believe some previous owner kept candy inside the case because of the staining and residue.  There is also what looks like spots of glue in the lid.  I would probably either replace the velvet or line the inside with a hanky before I displayed the trunk open.

Measurements:    3.25" x 2.25" x 1.5" high
